🔹 Basic 90-Day Plan ($250 coverage limit)

• Major appliances (under 12 years old)
• HVAC systems (furnace, A/C, thermostat)
• Electrical panels & wiring
• Plumbing lines, water heaters, gas lines
• Structural components: foundation walls, floor joists, load-bearing walls

🔹 Roof Leak Repair Plan (up to $500)

• Covers repairs due to normal wear and tear
• Applies to all roof types (excluding detached structures)
• No coverage for items identified in your inspection report

🔹 Water & Sewer Line Protection ($250)

• Sewer/septic line from house to street connection
• Water supply line to main shutoff
• Only available when a sewer scope is performed at the time of inspection

🔹 New Mold Remediation Plan ($250)

• Covers treatment of new visible mold not present at the time of inspection
• Only includes accessible areas (not behind walls or hidden)
• Excludes mold caused by natural disasters or plumbing failures

💡 How It Works

Coverage begins the day of your inspection and lasts 90 days. If something breaks or is found to be damaged that wasn’t noted in your report, you may qualify for up to $250–$500 in reimbursement for repairs.

There’s no deductible and claims are handled directly through Summit Warranty.
